Part of [wiki:utilities].

This module provides 
* a mechanism to listen for changes in a directory structure on the file system. 
* ZippedResource that can unzip a zip directory to /tmp. Typically needed for programs that need some "real" data folder, and can't use the jar's resources directly. It will be automatically removed at system exit.
